- Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and passed the PRC licensure exam
- Not more than 24 years old
- Must be flexible, hardworking, aggressive and a teamplayer
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro
