- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned in PHIVEDEC branch, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental;
- Must have at least knowledge in coconut/corn oil refining
- Should posses good leadership skills and can work with less supervision
- Capable in conducting feasibility assessments, production, scheduling, planning, continous improvement, cost reduction and oversee shift operation and manpower staffing.
- Willing to start immediately;
